Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas
CariadBelle currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You will be able to see the estimated delivery timeframe and shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
The estimated Standard Shipping delivery time is 7-20 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Currently, we do not offer free shipping promotions.
Tracking Your Order
For orders shipped with a tracking service, you can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your shipping method does not include tracking, the email will provide the best available shipment information.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/suite numbers and a valid phone number for the carrier. CariadBelle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed and processed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. CariadBelle has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the package from the local post office, we will contact you via email. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order. If reshipment is not requested, a refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping costs and any return handling fees incurred.
