By accessing and purchasing from the CariadBelle website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). CariadBelle sells Tops, Pants, Dresses, and Sets. All products are subject to availability. We strive to display colors and designs as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CariadBelle or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 6. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like final sale goods or intimate apparel may not be eligible for return unless defective.
